Statutory Rights

None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Equine Select on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Right to cancel

All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned with 14 days.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 2pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Equine Select is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Return it to us at Equine Select, 7 Station Approach, Somersham, Hunts, Cambs PE28 3JD, with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

Returns Policy

Non sale / reduced price goods in perfect condition, with any labels on, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase may be returned in 7 days. Upon which, a refund (minus the cost of the original delivery) would be issued. The buyer is responsible for all return package and postage costs. All returns are subject to a handling fee if the reason for return is due to an incorrect choice of item by the customer. If this is the case we reserve the right to issue credit for the remaining amount. Once an item has been worn or used it can not be returned unless the item is found, by the manufacturer, to have a fault. This does not effect your statutory rights. Returns can take up to 28 days to be processed. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to handle any horse clothing or horse equipment unless it is completely clean and dry, therefore any items worn by a horse cannot be returned unless believed to be faulty. We also cannot accept any returns on riding hats, body protectors or underwear due to health and safety reasons. It is recommended that you contact us if unsure of the returns policy we follow before returning items.
Faulty Items If a faulty item is recieved or is not the items ordered we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Wrong or faulty items must be returned within 14 days. We would ask you contact us on reciept of faulty or wrong orders. Once an item has been worn or used it can not be returned. Under no conditions should any goods damaged or faulty through poor workmanship or materials continue to be used. By doing so you are accepting the condition of the goods. In these conditions items may have to be sent to the manufacturer for testing please allow 28 days for this process.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Who pays the postage on returned items?

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge of £6.95 for carriage on the replacement. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?

Colour Reproduction

Equine Select take great care with the colours of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Availability Of Goods

Equine Select endeavour to keep the Store up-to-date if and when products become out of stock.  However, if a product included in your order is not available we will inform you promptly with an indication of expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel and be refunded for that product or we can hold your order and arrange despatch as soon as the product becomes available.
